NEGOMBO COUNSELORS MEETING

It was held on 23rd of March 2008 at Negombo Thammita Cardinal Cooray Center. There were about 35 participants both counselors and psycosocial Volunteers.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME

1) Discussion of future activities,

2) Appreciation of volunteers who worked for the 2007 psychosocial activities,

3) Give awareness on drug prevention methods and its usefulness as counselors,

1) Identify more skills training are needed.

       Trained a team for developing life skills activities in school

2) 15 volunteers were given appreciation vouchers,

3) Able to get more knowledge about the drug prevention methods.
